Por favor, lea atentamente estos Términos y Condiciones antes de utilizar el Servicio de IziEq.
1. Aceptación y Límite de Edad
Para registrarse y utilizar el Servicio, el Usuario declara y garantiza que tiene al menos 18 años de edad (o la mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción de residencia) y posee capacidad legal.
2. Naturaleza del Servicio ("Tal Como Está")
El software, plugin y análisis se proporcionan "tal como están" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos resultados acústicos específicos ni éxito comercial.
3. Limitación de Responsabilidad
IziEq no se hace responsable de daños directos, indirectos o comerciales (incluyendo daños a equipos de audio o pérdida/lesión auditiva) derivados de la aplicación de los ajustes sugeridos.
4. Tratamiento de Audio y Copyright
El Servicio procesa temporal y efímeramente los archivos de audio subidos solo para análisis técnico y los elimina inmediatamente de los servidores. No guardamos copias de tus canciones. Las curvas de ecualización generadas son datos matemáticos y no constituyen una obra derivada. El usuario es responsable de contar con los derechos de copyright del material subido.
5. No Entrenamiento de IA
IziEq garantiza que tus datos espectrales y textos de entrada no se usarán para entrenar modelos internos ni externos de IA.
6. Pagos y Suscripción (Stripe)
Los pagos son procesados de forma segura por Stripe. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente y los cobros no son reembolsables.
7. Cuentas y Abuso
Queda prohibido compartir cuentas de usuario o realizar peticiones masivas automatizadas (scraping) al servicio.
8. Ley y Renuncia Colectiva
Estos Términos se rigen por la ley aplicable del Servicio. El Usuario renuncia expresamente a participar en demandas colectivas.
9. Modificaciones a los Términos
IziEq se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Las actualizaciones menores entrarán en vigor al publicarse con la nueva fecha de actualización. Los cambios sustanciales se notificarán de forma destacada en el dashboard o por correo electrónico.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the IziEq Service.
1. Acceptance and Age Limit
By registering and using the Service, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and have legal capacity.
2. Nature of the Service ("As-Is")
The software, plugin, and analysis are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific acoustic results or commercial success.
3. Limitation of Liability
IziEq is not liable for direct, indirect, or commercial damages (including damage to audio equipment or hearing loss) arising from the application of suggested settings.
4. Audio Processing and Copyright
The Service temporarily and ephemerally processes uploaded audio files only for technical analysis and deletes them immediately from the servers. We do not store copies of your songs. The generated EQ curves are mathematical data and do not constitute a derivative work. The user is responsible for holding the copyrights of the uploaded material.
5. No AI Training
IziEq guarantees that your spectral data and input text will not be used to train internal or external AI models.
6. Payments and Subscriptions (Stripe)
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically, and all charges are non-refundable.
7. Accounts and Abuse
Sharing user accounts or performing automated mass requests (scraping) to the service is prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the applicable local law. The User expressly waives the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
9. Modifications to the Terms
IziEq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Minor updates take effect upon publication with the new update date. Substantial changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the dashboard or by email.
